Ceiling - aluminium, 20mm polystyrene, 3mm ply

External steel
Centre rail (on roof) – 30mm
Horizontal rail (butting against centre rail) – 32mm
Rail above windows about 30 mm
Internal Wood
Wood below side panels 20mmx20mm
Ceiling side supports – 20mmx28mm (replaced with 25mm x 45mm, same spacings 22 required in all)
Wood surrounding skylights – 28mmx34mm (replaced with 25mm x 50mm)
Main ceiling wood frame – 34mmx34mm
